NEW AMBULANCE —Binmaley Mayor Simplicio Rosario (right, in long sleeves) inspects the new ambulance of the town provided by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo through the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office after it was blessed Wednesday. The new ambulance will be used to transport poor residents during emergency cases needing hospital care in as far as Metro Manila.
