YOUTH OFFICIALS— Mayor Benjamin Lim addresses high school students comprising would-be youth officials in a program called “Ogogaw ya Manlinkor 2007” during an orientation on May 30 held at the City Museum. The program aims to develop the leadership potentials of Dagupan youth who will someday take over the reins of the city.
