OUTSTANDING DAGUPENOS – City Mayor Benjamin Lim and Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez join the outstanding Dagupeños after receiving their awards from the Dagupan City government in connection with the 60th Charter Anniversary of Dagupan. Cited were Julius Caesar Babao, Dr. Salvador Duque (represented by Engr. Art Tangco), Mayor Jose Esteves of Mipiltas, USA (represented by Delia Coquia); Dr. Gil Fernandez, Atty. Rodolfo Urbiztondo, Dr. Perla Elinzano Legaspi, Alberto Abulencia (represented by Armie Abulencia) and Msgr. Leon Bitanga (represented by Christine Bitanga-Marco).
