PNP Press Corp is SEC-registered
THE Securities and Exchange Commission, through its Baguio Extension Office, has issued the certificate of incorporation of the Pangasinan PNP Press Corps Inc. headed by its incumbent president Violeta Ferrer.
The certificate, signed by Director Annie Gonzales-Tesoro, grants juridical personality to the corporation but does not authorize it to undertake business activities, which require a Secondary License from the Commission. Under the certificate, Pangasinan PNP Press Corps Inc. was issued Company Registry No. CN200728035.
The association was given 50 years to exist from the date of the issuance of the certificate of registration.
The other officers of the PNP Press Corps Inc. are Susan Yadao, vice president; Liezel Iñigo, secretary; Mhay Ray Adaliga, treasurer; Joseph Bacani, auditor; Eva Visperas and Yolando Fuertes, press relations officer; Liway Yparraguerre, ex-officio director; Imelda Clores, Joel Balolong, Wilfredo Fajardo, Amor Diga, Francisco Tamayo, Audrey Hidalgo, Helen Bernardo and Cesar Ramirez, directors.
Members of the association were inducted into office by Police Provincial Director Atty. Isagani Nerez.
