Noelle Angeli D. Arcinue, 21, daughter of businessman and former Dagupan Jaycees president Oscar Arcinue and the late lawyer Anita Dimalanta of Lingayen has been elected as the new student council president of the De La Salle University.

Noelle is a Liberal Arts Commerce (Liacom) senior who is an active student leader with a long list of academic achievements and extra-curricular activities.

Majoring in psychology and corporate management, Noelle finished her grade and high school education with high honors at the La Salle Zobel School.

A recepient of the prestigious Ayala Youth Leadership Award, the Unilever Young Entrepreneur Award, most outstanding legislative assembly representative student council award, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo Leadership Award, as well as a top Christian leader and Gawad Kalinga-La Salian Youth Commission trainor.

She is expected to graduate this year as cum laude.
