GOLDEN SEEDS–A rice farmer from Dagupan City receives his sacks of certified palay seeds from Rudy Fernandez (right) and lawyer Teofilo Gallang of the City Mayor’s Office on May 25 at the city agriculture office. Twenty farmers from barangays Mangin, Tebeng and Salisay availed of the certified seeds, which were half subsidized by the Department of Agriculture as part of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s Ginintuang Masaganang Ani Program.
