THE Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) provincial office and the Philippine Stock Exchange will hold a free seminar on “How to Invest in the Stock Market” on June 5 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Star Social Hall, located at the third floor of the DTI Building on Arellano Street in Dagupan City.

Peter Mangabat, DTI provincial director, said the seminar aims to help participants learn the basics of trading by getting pointers from experts and hopefully be the next stock market hotshot.

The stock market can serve as an alternative money investment venue to the traditional banking system.

He said this is a golden opportunity for the people of Pangasinan to make their money earn and get an early start on their financial independence.

Mangabat said that due to limited slots, interested participants may pre-register or confirm their participation by visiting the DTI office on Arellano Street in Dagupan or contact Natalie Basto-Dalaten at Tel Nos. (075) 515-31 – 83 and Telefax No. (075) 523-4031.
