BINMALEY–Mayor Simplicio Rosario called on the people of Binmaley to carefully ponder what the candidates are promising them, urging them to vote only for the best because the town residents deserve only the best service that they can get.

Rosario led the proclamation rally of the candidates of the local Team Unity or the SAM Team at the town plaza on Sunday, graced by TU general campaign manager Reli German and senatorial candidate Jamalul Kiram, whose wife Celia Cervo is from Mapandan and Sta. Barbara.

With Rosario in that rally were his runningmate Jeffrey de los Angeles and candidates for councilor, including Lyn Bautista, Jun Sison, Tos Castro, Art Fernandez, Zarlou Francisco, Bon Valerio, Edgar Mamenta and Eduard Aquino.

Rosario’s ticket was hailed  as unbeatable as his administration transformed Binmaley into one of the fast-rising towns in Pangasinan with a big potential to go up higher in the economic ladders.

His administration has been instrumental in the overall renovation of the municipal hall, the construction of the children’s park and Rizal Park, the new police station, ongoing construction of the Binmaley Astrodome which was put up from funds released by Senator Joker Arroyo and others.

Rosario announced that a cold storage plant is all set to be built by the Department of Agriculture in the town as part of the facilities for the North Luzon Agri-Business Quadrangle, Binmaley being the aquaculture center in Pangasinan.
