Licensure exam for property brokers

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) provincial office has called on practicing and aspiring real estate brokers to legalize their profession by taking the government’s Real Estate Licensure Examinations.

This year’s examinations being administered by the DTI’s Bureau of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection have been scheduled for May 27 and November 25 for both Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Appraisers. Exams for Real Estate Consultants are administered at the DTI office in Makati City.

For examinees in Northern Luzon, the May 27 test will be held in Baguio City.

Application forms are available at the DTI Pangasinan office located at the second floor of Star Building along Arellano Street in Dagupan City. Requirements are 2 copies of 1×1 picture, authenticated transcripts of records and P250 examination fee. Deadline for the submission of application is two weeks before the test date.
