WERWERAN KATORSE WINNERS — Mangaldan Mayor Herminio Romero (extreme right) and Vice-Mayor Berex Abalos with the winners in the Executive Category of the Werweran XIV cycling event led by first placer Alexander Billan of excellent noodles Cycling Group; second placer, Aniceto Lucero; and Wilson Rosetes, third place. In the master category, Victor Espiritu out-pedalled the other members of the National Team to place first; Sherwin Carrera of San Fabian, and Elmo Ramos, Jr.were second and third, respectively.
