House Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr., will sponsor a free concert featuring one of the country’s most popular bands, River Maya, on the evening of March 24 at the CSI the City Mall parking lot.

The concert, which De Venecia said is his gift to the youth, will be preceded by a motorcade at 3 p.m. across the 4th district composed of Dagupan City, Mangaldan, San Fabian, San Jacinto and Manaoag.
