ALMOST COMPLETE—The first pedestrian overpass in Pangasinan that runs across Tapuac road, in front of the Dagupan City National High School, is now almost complete. The P2.8 million project is financed through the Priority Assistance Development Fund of Speaker Jose de Venecia, Jr. Two more overpasses are set to be constructed on A.B. Fernandez Avenue and Arellano Street starting March, and still another two on M. H. del Pilar and Burgos streets after the elections.
