SELF DEFENSE FOR JUDGES AND LAWYERS – Judges of the regional trial courts in Dagupan City and members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Pangasinan chapter start their basic lessons in guns safety and defense shooting conducted by the Dagupan Practical Shooting Association. The seminar program, a project of the IBP led by Atty. Joven Maramba in cooperation with DSPA led by Mario Lim, was aimed at training members of both the bench and the bar in handling guns should they decide to arm themselves for self-defense in the light of recent killings of judges and lawyers across the country.
