HOUSING FUND – Gov Victor Agbayani receives from Engr. Imelda Mabutas, OIC chief of Housing Loan Division of Pag-IBIG Fund Regional Office, a check amounting to P3.5 million from Pag-IBIG Fund for the development of the 257-unit Villa Maniboc Socialized Housing Project in barangay Maniboc, Lingayen.
