SOON DECONGESTED CITY JAIL — Representatives from the Supreme Court on an observation and study mission to decongest jails and court dockets visit the Dagupan City Jail. Jail Warden C/Insp. Florante Nisperos, Regional Trial Court Branch 44 Judge Genoveva Coching-Maramba and a representative from IBP Pangasinan Chapter accompanied the team composed of lawyers Arturo Noblejas, Angelica Pascual-Domingo, Tito Jonathan Pamittan, Veronica Eloisa Lim and Mr. Manuel Ruñez during the visit last November 22.
