CHILDRENS DRAW AND TELL COMPETITION- The young winners in the Draw & Tell Eliminations, a project of the Kiwanis Club of Bangus Pandaragupan in cooperation with the Department of Social Welfare and Development Cluster 3 Day Care workers and Lucao barangay officials, join the sponsors after the event. The eliminations were held in barangays Lasip Chico, Lasip Grande, Lucao, Pogo Chico, Pogo Grande and Malued.
