Christine Marie L. Arenas, a 1st year student at the Dominican School, placed second in Photo-Journalism (Filipino Category) in the recently concluded Division Press Conference with her work entitled “Tahakin Natin ang Nakaraan”.

Her photo depicted and brought to life Dagupan City’s past.

The first place spot was awarded to Liddy Evina Antonio, a 4th year student at the Dagupan City National High School.

In yet another category, Justine Marie L. Arenas’ team topped the Broadcasting Category (English). Justine is the Editor-in-Chief of Blue Heights, Dominican School’s official organ.

Christine and Justine are the daughters of Atty. Napoleon B. Arenas, Jr. and Geraldine L. Arenas. Both will represent the Division in the Regional Contest to be held in San Carlos City early next year.
