3^rd TERM for MAYOR ESTEVES – Dagupeno Jose Esteves (2^nd from right) celebrates his second reelection as mayor of Milpitas City, California in the recently concluded elections in the United States with his wife Susan. They are joined by Dagupan City Mayor Benjamin Lim and his wife Celia (extreme right) who were in California for a visit. The two mayors had signed a sister cityhood pact.
