INTERNATIONAL champion and 2003 Japan National Karate Kata Champion Mori Atsushi personally conducted a seminar for the YMCA based Dagupan City Karate Training Pool last October 4, 2006 at the YMCA Pangasinan in Dagupan City.

This seminar was organized under the Team Dagupan Program to further hone the skills of its team members and prepare them for national and international karate championships.

Atsushi conducted the special training for the World Karate-Do Federation Wado Ryu Shitei Katas and introduced new drills on Sundome Kumite.

Selected to participate in the special training were John Enrico Vasquez, Rhys Palaganas, Daniel Kurt Vidal, John Meverick Edralin, Gerard Martin Tamayo, Fidel Salvador Reyes, Jayson Ramil Macaalay, and Jona Reyes.

The Team Dagupan Karate Training Pool is under the Sports Program of YMCA Pangasinan and trains by the International Wado Ryu Karate-Do Federation based in Tokyo, Japan.
