DONATION FOR DAGUPAN CITY JAIL – Pastor Rogelio Bernardo, head of The Church of Christ of Mangaldan Pangasinan, Asian Bible College, turns over various kitchen utensils to Insp. Randy A. Batay-an, deputy warden of Dagupan City Jail for administration, to support the reforms and the improvement of facilities initiated by C/Insp. Florante D. Nisperos inside the compound. Religious groups have been allowed regular visits to the jail to help provide spiritual counseling to the detainees.
