ALMOST FINISHED—The repair work on the Domalandan bridge in Lingayen is visibly nearing completion as shown by the updated photo taken last Wednesday. President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and House Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr. had earlier pledged to see to the completion by early next year.
