DAGUPAN AS A “DREAM CITY” — Institute for Solidarity of Asia (ISA) chairman and president Jesus Estanislao (left) confers a plaque of recognition to Dagupan City Mayor Benjamin Lim as member of the select group of ISA fellows during the “Mahal ko ang Pilipinas” national conference at Hotel Philippine Plaza on August 30 in Manila. During the conference, Mayor Lim made a presentation on the Dagupan City Roadmap. “Mahal ko ang Pilipinas” is an open coalition of cities, sectors and individuals committed to the observance of the core beliefs and values of Philippines 2030 Governance Roadmap.
