WHO KNOWS BETTER? – Ramon Versa (right), chief of operations and control of the San Roque Power Corporation (SRPC), maintains previous statement before the Sangguning Panlungsod of Dagupan that 20 per cent of the water being released downstream of the Agno river from the dam’s spillways goes out through a five-kilometer breach of a dike in San Vicente, San Manuel, thus contributing to the flooding Urdaneta and the central part of Pangasinan, a claim being disputed by Tom Valdez, (standing behind Versa), spokesman of SRPC.
