TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA – Former Pangasinan Governor Cipriano (Tito) Primicias, Jr. will be the guest speaker during the 6th foundation anniversary of the Pangasinan Association of Canada  (PACA) on September 16 (Saturday) at the Malvern Recreation Center, 30 Sewells Road, Scarborough, Ontario.

Primicias was three terms Congressman in his legislative district in Pangasinan and served as Deputy Minister of the Department of Local Government and Community Development. He retired as an insurance broker in Toronto.

The son of the late Sen. Cipriano Primicias, Sr., Tito who is fondly called by his family members and friends, still participate in the different Filipino activities in Toronto and keeps on travelling in the different parts of the world.
