HARVARD CLASSMATES — Rachel Arenas and her mother-philanthropist Rose Marie “Baby”Arenas recently honored Nileema Noble (right), UNDP resident representative at a reception held at Captain’s Bar of Mandarin Oriental, Manila. Noble, a classmate of Rachel at the Fletcher School of Management in Harvard is concurrently the United Nations Resident Coordinator. The occasion, which coincided with the birthday celebration of Baby, was attended by government officials, members of the diplomatic corps, and members of various religious communities.
