Dagupan to host 26th JC Area confab, Sept.1-3
It’s all systems go for the 26th Area I Conference hosted by the Junior Chamber International Dagupan on September 1-3, 2006.
The Jaycees of Dagupan City have started putting the finishing touches on the preparations for the largest business and social networking event in Luzon among young leaders and entrepreneurs set to converge in Dagupan City
On September 1, the Council of Past Presidents, led by Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez, will welcome the thirty five chapters and more than 400 JCI members from northern and central Luzon and the Cagayan Valley regions at the Inn Asia Hotel.
Business forums, sports events, trade exhibits and the formal plenary sessions will commence on the second day led by JCI members Jozak Bautista and Kathleen Grace Bustillo, national executive vice president and area conference director, respectively.
According to Area 1 training director JCI member Ryan Ravanzo, leadership and entrepreneurial development trainings will be conducted by certified JCI national trainers namely JCI senator Jeslito Seen, JCI members Marc Padilla and Alex Alcantara, past JCI Dagupan president Robert Erfe Mejia.
JCI member Mits Cresencio has organized the sports tournament in basketball, volleyball and badminton events to be held at the Lyceum Northwestern University, University of Luzon and the Dagupan People’s Astrodome.
A grand fellowship program and raffle will be held at the Silverios Seafood Restaurant in the evening.
The election of local and national JCI officers and the awarding program will cap the annual Jaycee conference on September 3.
