Vicky,

Your description of the U of Pangasinan as the University of Poor People is true to form and viscidity.

The article of Gonzalo Duque on the 23rd lauding his brother Cesar effusively of being a “tycoon”, was an affront to what is honorable, scrupulous and virtuous.

Tycoon. An industrialist, a rich man, a robber baron in the likes of the Rockefellers and the Morgans. Cesar Duque, a tycoon… is not an educator but a fox in the chicken coop….getting rich…..on the backs of the poor people (students) of Pangasinan.

You are one of the few who graduated during the time of the old man, Dr. Blas Rayos who indebted himself in educating the poor students of Pangasinan who cannot afford to go to Manila.

That was then, this is now where money preceded everything and the Duques are on a hog.
