La Salette School achieves another level of excellence
THE Escuela de Nuestra Señora de La Salette School), Tapuac District, Dagupan City, achieves another level of De La Salle Excellence having passed the prestigious Lasallian Accreditation conducted last January 24-25, 2006.
La Salette School is now accredited as “De La Salle Supervised School” in recognition of its recent feat.
A team of De La Salle Accreditors coming from renowned Lasallian schools in the country visited the school to evaluate the degree of achievement relative to La Salette’s quest for academic excellence.
The accrediting team was headed by Br. Jaime Dalumpines FSC, the Brother President of La Salle College-Antipolo; Dr. Rebecca Mendoza, a principal of the De La Salle Santiago Zobel School at Ayala Alabang; Dr. Maxima Acelajado, faculty member of De La Salle University; and Mrs. Teresita Gorayeb, principal of the Adult Night High School of the La Salle Green Hills.
The news of the school’s passing of the Lasallian accreditation elicited jubilation and a renewed spirit of commitment towards excellence among the administration, faculty and staff.
La Salette School President, Dr. Lina Galvan-Tan said it was a “big moment for La salettian-Lasallians!”
She added: “Our efforts of making the school the best in Dagupan is finally paying off. This recognition is not an ordinary one because it is a national recognition resounded to all De La Salle schools all over the Philippines.”
