DAGUPAN CITY – Eleven registered cooperative in the 4th district of Pangasinan were selected beneficiaries under the development and livelihood program of Speaker Joe de Venecia.

Provided with P1 million as seed capital were the following registered cooperatives:  San Juan Farmers MPC, Bolo MPC, Self-Reliant Group MPC of Bolasi, Longos-Amangonan Parac-Parac Credit Coop, San Fabian Tricycle Operators Drivers MPC, Guiguilonen MPC, Dagupan City Savings and Credit Coop, (Microfinance), Lipit-Tomeeng MP Agricultural Cooperate, Lelemaan Farmers and Leaders MPC, Golden Grain MPC, Progressive Cooperative of Oraan East MPC.

The Dagupan City Savings and Credit Cooperative, Inc. led by Jose M. Oviedo, Jr. , however, will receive a seed money of P3.5 M for other projects from the Development and Livelihood Program of Speaker Jose de Venecia, Jr.
