Motorist Assistance Centers to stay yet- PD Purisima

LINGAYEN – Good news for motorists.

The Police Motorist Assistance Centers established for the Holy Week will remain for at least another week.

Acknowledging the valuable assistance that the centers provided, Police Provincial Director Alan Purisima said these centers will remain where they are until all the vacationers shall have returned to their respective places of origin.

All police stations in municipalities and cities were earlier directed by Purisima to put up motorist assistance centers so motorists who may require road directions or may experience mechanical problems could be assisted promptly.

He said that these centers will be there to continue the public service that effectively helped motorists and visitors since he start of the Holy Week.

Purisima echoed his earlier appeal to motorists to obey road signs and observe all traffic information for their own safety.  APE
