Colegio de Dagupan conducts recruitment/jobfair

COLEGIO de Dagupan recently conducted an “On Campus Recruitment and Job Fair” at the College quadrangle last March 17, 2006.


This annual fair made possible by the coordination among the Student Affairs Office, the Registrar’s Office and the Guidance Center, was participated in by this year’s batch of graduating students and other alumni who trooped to the College to seek jobs.


Positions open included teaching, engineering, information technology, banking, sales, manufacturing and other jobs here and abroad.


The program was opened with a welcome address by Pres. Dr. Voltaire P. Arzadon who welcomed and lauded the companies for their unfailing support to the government’s program to provide jobs to graduating students as well as their earnest initiative to come personally to the College to hire prospective applicants.


Dressed in formal business attires, the graduating students lined up to fill up application forms and submit their resumes and other pertinent documents and later on, underwent actual personal interviews conducted by the representatives of the different companies.


Participating companies included Adjuvant Northern Alliance Corp. Alorica Phils Inc., Boardwalk Manila, Client Logic Phils. – Baguio, Coca-Cola Bottlers Phils. Inc., Cybercity IT Park-Pampanga, Colegio de Dagupan, DRB Sales Inc., Farm Out Central in Touch, Guanzon Merchandising Corp., Gulf Bank, Honda Cars Pangasinan, HR Specialist Inc. Magic Applicance Center Inc., Magic Group of Companies, Manila Bank, MIROF Resources Inc. – Baguio, Mitsukoshi Motors Phils, Inc.- Manila, Pangasinan PESO, Pepsi Cola Products Inc., POEA San Fernando, Robinson’s Retail Group, San Miguel Corporation, Sanyo Semiconductors Phils Inc. – Tarlac City, St. Joseph Drug Store, TIPCO Pampanga and Laus Group of Companies.
