Beach Volley tilt up in 2006 Bangus Festival
Six top women’s collegiate beach volleyball teams from Metro Manila and Baguio City are competing in the 2006 Bangus Festival Women’s Invitational beach Volleyball Championship slated from April 28 to May 1 at Dagupan City Plaza.
Leading the entries are Boracay national Championship qualifiers De La Salle University – College of St. Benilde, Adamson University and Letran College. Other entries are Lyceum of the Philippines, Far Eastern University and Saint Louis University.
De La Salle – CSB, Adamson University and Letran College are favored to fight for the championship trophy and cash prize of P12,000.00 while the 2nd runner-up will also win a trophy and P10,000.00. Fourth, fifth and sixth placers will win P8,000.00, P6,000.00 and P2,000.00 respectively.
