OVER P400, 000 in cash prizes and special awards are at stake in the grandest and most glamorous beauty pageant in Pangasinan, the Miss Magic 2006.

Twenty young ladies will vie for the title as they take the center stage of the Urdaneta Sports Center in Urdaneta City on May 13.

The ladies were presented recently to the Pangasinan’s tri-media at Magicclub in Dagupan City for the selection of the “Darling of the Press,” one of the special awards of the beauty pageant.

The candidates are Luisa Rose Martin (Labrador), Valerie Cristine Dacasin (San Carlos), Pearl Ann Ching (Balungao), Eorlene Pedeglorio (Villasis), Elda Marie Ballesteros (Mangaldan), Marievic Vallo (San Carlos), Joy Anne Cornejo (Lingayen), Cinderella Samson (Asingan), Florda Ganotan (Rosales), Rizza Llena  (Mapandan), Lyza Christine Serquina (San Nicolas), Sarah Jane Lumelay (Bugallon), Nouvel Ann SheenerDalton (San Fabian), Belinda Licuanan (Pozorrubio), Katrina Kaye Son (Asingan), Analyn Suyat (Binalonan), Erna Bonifacio (Urdaneta), Bernadeth Escobido (Urdaneta), Ma. Angela Veronica Carretero (Dagupan) and Mary Joy Odon (Bayambang).

Miss Magic 2006 will receive a cash prize of P75,000. and valuable prizes from the sponsors and organizers of the beauty pageant.
