The bikefest was in conjunction with the celebration of Binmaley town fiesta and was sponsored by the friends of Mayor Simplicio L. Rosario, led by the boyish looking-sports buff   Edgar delos Angeles, a balikbayan and the president of the Binmaley Association of Northern California.

The summit prizes were donated by Urbiztondo veem Modesto Operana, Zebedee Pharmacy of Mangatarem and the hardworking hizzoner Rosario.
