The Dagupan Practical Shooting Association (DPSA) shooting Team romped away with the Team Champions’ trophy during the recently concluded Philippine Practical Shooting Association (PPSA) – sanctioned Area 2 circuit match level 2 shooting competition hosted by the Mitura Guns and Sports Club held at the PNP-Provincial Office Firing Range in Lingayen, on January 21-22. 

Twelve Gun Clubs in Region I and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), participated in by 146 shooters, saw action in the two-day shooting competition covering seven challenging and exciting stages. 

Rob-Rob Erfe-Mejia of team DPSA, using a Glock 17 9mm pistol, also emerged overall champion in the Production Division and was also Area 2 (Region I and CAR) champion having posted the highest individual match points. 

Members of the winning team DPSA are: Atty. Temie Lambino, Christian Yap, Emmanuel dela Cruz, Rolando Baltazar, John Cagaoan, Edgar Tagulao, Rolf Mencias and Efren Punzalan.
