MANAOAG– Residents of this town were elated to know that Mayor Napoleon Sales is supporting them in their call for the closure of Alko Distillers, an alcohol manufacturing plant located in Barangay Baritao here. Sales said he knows the problem because he also smells the foul odor of decaying waste materials being dumped by the company at its compound.
