PROPERTY developer Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) recently held a topping-off ceremony for Futura One’s Building B, marking the completion of its structural framework and opening more opportunities for aspiring homeowners in Dagupan City.

“It will be ready to welcome its first batch of residents by the second quarter of 2026,” FLI said in a statement.

Building B has more studio units than Building A to meet the high market demand for smaller unit cuts. Another five buildings, all eight floors high, will be constructed.

The condominiums are located within the company’s planned Fora Dagupan township located along the Dagupan-Binmaley road in Barangay Lucao.

The township, the first such development in Dagupan, will have its own community center with a supermarket, restaurants, various retail establishments, and transportation hubs.
