Construction starts for Bayambang Hemodialysis Center
GOVERNOR Ramon Guico III recently led the groundbreaking for a hemodialysis center at the Bayambang District Hospital (BDH) compound and the launch of new equipment, including a 32-slice CT-scan, ultrasound machine, and stationary and portable X-ray machines.
“The Bayambang District Hospital is one of the more blessed hospitals because you are situated in (a) very progressive town (like) Bayambang and this hospital is blessed with large space,” the governor said in a mix of Filipino and English.
The upcoming dialysis facility is the third after the one in Pangasinan Provincial Hospital (PPH) in San Carlos City and the Western Pangasinan District Hospital (WPDH) in Alaminos City.
The local government is eyeing a fourth such facility at the Lingayen District Hospital compound.
