FARMERS in Bayambang, Calasiao, Malasiqui, Mapandan, San Carlos City, and Sta. Barbara, received more than P126 million worth of farm machinery, seedlings, fertilizers, and other services and assistance on Friday, May 24, 2024.

This was made possible through the continuous collaboration of Third District Rep. Rachel Arenas with the Department of Agriculture, who presided the distribution of the farm implements to the farmers.

Arenas vowed to keep promoting the welfare of the farmers in her district while ensuring ongoing government support for this vital sector of society.

Among the items received were hybrid rice seeds, pump and engine sets, plastic crates, foliar fertilizer, botanical pesticide, and plastic drums. (Ahikam Pasion)
