MINIMUM RICE PRICE? – The pricing of the stall of the rice retailer in a public market in Pangasinan appears to be the common strategy adopted by many in all public markets, the minimum/maximum selling price is P45, not P41 (as mandated by E.O.39).  It appears the maximum price cap rule dictated by the EO does not prohibit retailers from selling other quality-milled rice at higher prices. (Punchphoto by Ahikam Pasion)
