Dagupan, PASPAS Pilipinas Project’s pilot site
THE Dagupan City government was selected as one of the recipients of the PASPAS Pilipinas Project.
PASPAS Pilipinas Project aims to further promote ease of doing business, automation and efficient government service delivery, specifically on the business permitting process of local government units.
Dagupan will receive computer accessories and units from the Manila Electric Company, which launched the PASPAS Pilipinas Project along with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Mayor Belen Fernandez was authorized by the Sangguniang Panlungsod to sign the deed of donation and accept the computer units and accessories from Meralco.
Meralco will provide support and assistance to capacitate the city government to set up their e-BOSS. (Leonardo Micua)
