PLANS are underway for the establishment of “ThreeSixty City” (360City), Pangasinan Economic and Tourism Zone Development Project to spur the economic development of the province.

The planning parameters were recently presented by the CPG Consultants/Singaporean Planning Team to the provincial government at the provincial capitol.

Reacting to the presentation, Governor Ramon Guico III expressed optimism that the project will create bright opportunities for Pangasinan and generate more jobs for Pangasinenses.

“I personally think that the 360City branding fits the branding of the whole province.. It’s going to be a framework for Pangasinan’s complete transformation and turnaround” the governor said.  “We can anchor all the future developments on that branding,” he added.

If established, the project will focus on agri-innovation, wellness tourism and premium duty-free zones that will boost economic development not only in Pangasianan but also in neighboring provinces. (PIO)
