Big discounts shake Pag-IBIG Fund Urdaneta Housing Fair
BIG discounts shook the attendees at the Housing Fair by the Pag-IBIG Fund Urdaneta City on Friday, January 26, to Saturday, January 27, at the Events Center of CB Mall.
The housing fair featured 10 to 30 percent discounts in lots and houses sold during the event.
Aileen Calpotura, supervising officer of PAGIBIG Fund Urdaneta City, said interested members submitted their bids for the PAG-IBIG acquired assets.
Among those offered were 179 acquired assets in Pangasinan, comprised of lots, and house and lots, while 125 acquired assets were located in provinces in Region I, and in the provinces of Benguet and Abra.
Some members were awarded further discounts after winning the bid for assets.
“Yung mga member na nanalo sa bidding na idadaan sa housing loan ng 10% discount mula sa final selling price ng property, at 20% discount naman sa mga pipiliing bayaran ang mabi-bid sa pamamagitan ng short term payment at 30% discount sa mga cash purchase”, said Calpotura. (Ahikam Pasion)
