THE Social Security System (SSS) issued notices to seven delinquent employers during its third leg of the “Run After Contribution Evaders” (RACE) operation on September 29.

The employers of the establishments were issued written orders giving them 15 non-extendable calendar days to visit the SSS Urdaneta Branch located at CB Mall in Urdaneta City to settle their delinquencies.

The delinquent employers who were unable to fully pay their contribution delinquencies, were urged to avail of the Pandemic Relief Restructuring Program 3 or also known as the Enhanced Instalment Payment Program on or before November 21, 2022.

PRRP 3 offers flexible payment terms ranging from nine to sixty months, depending on the amount of delinquency.

SSS said the seven employers’ compliance will guarantee  69 affected employees of SSS membership to help them qualify for various SSS benefits such sickness benefit, maternity benefit, retirement benefit, disability benefit, death, and funeral benefit and be eligible for short-term loan privileges.

Employed members were also reminded to keep track of their SSS records through their My.SSS account and report to SSS should they observe any irregularities in their contributions and loan records. (SSS)
