San Nicolas folks get free TESDA training
SOME 134 residents of San Nicolas towns were given free livelihood training by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to help them develop or start new livelihood with their newly acquired skills.
Twenty-four of the trainees finished PV Systems Installation NC II, 18 in Bread and Pastry Production NC II, 17 in Coffee Production Level II, 25 in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, and 50 in Assembly of Solar Nightlight and Post Lamp.
Emily Tesoro, TESDA Provincial Director, said the trainees were given not only scholarship training but also allowance and starter tool kits. (Ella Garcia)
