MEMBERS of the 100 Island TODA Federation in Alaminos City received livelihood projects from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in cooperation with the Alaminos City Cooperatives Office.

Among the livelihood projects given to the 100 Islands TODA Federation includes the establishment of a Motorcycle Spare parts Accessories Shop and Vulcanizing Shop.

Mayor Brian Art Celeste thanked DOLE Alaminos Field Office for the assistance and support  it extended to the city to help improve the lives of tricycle drivers and operators.

Before DOLE turned over the livelihood projects, the Cooperative Development Authority conducted pre-registration seminar among members of the 100 Island TODA Federation. (Joana de Vera)
