THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD granted P2million in  Livelihood Assistance Grant to 250 fishermen in Dagupan City from Barangays Pugaro, Bonuan Gueset and Bonuan Binloc.

Each fisherman received P8,000 as livelihood assistance under the Bayanihan Law 2 or Bayanihan to Recover as One Act.

Meanwhile, the Dagupan City government is extending a 50% discount to owners of passenger boats and fishing boats when they secure their year operation permits. (Rona Racca/IFM Dagupan)
