Kasimbayanan, other PNP national projects for downloading in Dagupan
THE Philippine National Police will download the national police program “Kasimbayanan” in Dagupan City.
This was bared by P/Lt.. Colonel Vicente Pastor Jr., OIC of the Dagupan City Police, shortly after his assumption of office last week.
He said Kasimbayanan is one of the many national programs of the PNP that he envisions to be adopted locally to maintain peace in Dagupan communities, aims to bring about peaceful and progressive communities by deploying policemen in all thickly populated areas to prevented crimes.
