BANGUS FESTIVAL MURAL – The mural created by AGINI Artist Collective, local artists for Dagupan Bangus Festival was unveiled in a ceremony led by Mayor Brian Lim last, April 22, 2022. The two murals painted can be seen on the roof deck of SM Center Dagupan. The concept of the mural is about “gilon” or the nawning of milkfish from the fish pond. (Punchphoto by Willie Lomibao)
