Ruth Salazar, information officer of DTI-Pangasinan, said the new Negosyo Center in Balungao is one of five to be established this year.

New centers will also be established in Burgos, Bani, Basista, and Pozorrubio.

The new centers will be in addition to the 21 already established in Pangasinan: Alaminos City, Anda, Bolinao, Lingayen, Bugallon, Mangatarem, Bayambang, Sta.
